The application is used for service maintenance of the equipment produced by Konveermash, Scamatic and Vekas companies. It allows to access to a lists of customer equipment, documentation and specifications, submit a ticket for repair with reference to a specific instance of the equipment. It is possible to output the 3D model of the equipment in augmented reality on ARKit devices to demonstrate the appearance and dimensions.
The application interacts with customer service support on km.n1commerce.ru/en.
